By accessing or using this website, any related services, or enrolling in offerings such as mentorships or seasonal immersions (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 1. Services

The Services include online and in-person meditation, breathwork, mentorship, immersions, and related educational or contemplative practices. Services are for personal growth and education only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.

  • For mentorships, immersion programs, or group offerings, your spot is reserved only once payment is received.

  • Cancellations: Unless otherwise stated on the registration page, all sales are final. In some cases, partial credit toward a future offering may be extended at my discretion.

4. Community Guidelines

The Services are intended to be safe, respectful, and supportive. You agree not to:

  • Harass, intimidate, or disrupt other participants.

  • Record or share private sessions or group content without permission.

  • Use the Services for unlawful or commercial purposes.

I reserve the right to remove participants who do not abide by these guidelines, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, written materials, meditations, and other content provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Luke Wientzen. You may use them for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

Meditation, breathwork, and movement practices can be powerful. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, consult a qualified professional before engaging in these practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (or your state of residence if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
