My Offerings
Each of my offerings is a doorway into greater presence, resilience, and intimacy with life. Whether we work together one-on-one, in a seasonal group immersion, or in person, my intention is always the same: to help you cultivate presence, sharpen attention, deepen self-knowing, and live with more freedom and ease.
1:1 Mentorship
This is my most intimate container of practice and guidance. Over three months together, I’ll help you establish a sustainable daily rhythm of meditation and breath. We’ll start simple and gradually expand your practice—building both strength and subtlety so that it can support you in every area of life.
The work often shows up in small but profound shifts: the ability to hold attention more steadily, to know yourself more deeply across mind, heart, and body, and to meet challenges with greater spaciousness and less reactivity.

Seasonal Offerings
Twice a year, in the fall and spring,* I guide a month-long online immersion. This is a space to pause, reconnect, and deepen together in community. Through relational meditation, breath-centric practices, and subtle body movement, we discover how practice can infuse everyday life.
Life itself may not change during the immersion, but your way of seeing it often does. Many leave with a renewed sense of spaciousness, presence, resilience, and stability—both on and off the cushion.

In-Person Sessions & Retreats
I also guide individuals and groups in person, weaving meditation, breathwork, movement, and qi-flow into transformative sessions. I occasionally join or co-create retreats—immersive gatherings where practice unfolds in the beauty of nature and community.
These spaces offer a unique chance to step away from routine and open into embodied learning, presence, and collective awakening.
