Steady Return is an ongoing live practice container blending meditation and breathwork into a simple, consistent rhythm.

How It Works
We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 - 7:30am for the first three weeks of every month. This structure is designed to support continuity without pressure, allowing practice to stay fresh and alive, inspired in community.
3 Weeks of Live Practice Per Month
2 Sessions Per Week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
1 Off-Week With a Guided Practice Emailed to You
What You’ll Experience
Each live 30-minute session weaves:
Guided and silent meditation
Breath instruction to support regulation, circulation and clarity
Postural alignment, qi flow, and subtle movement instruction supporting vitality and embodied living
Short dharma reflections grounded in Buddhist psychology, open heart-mind-set, and lived experience
During the off-week, you’ll receive a recorded guided practice by email to support integration, rest, and continuity without obligation.

Hello, I’m Luke.
I help people like you establish and develop a new relationship with their breath, body, mind, heart, and life.
I'm a guide, educator, and lifelong student of clear deep heart mind. For over two decades, I've practiced, trained, and taught across multiple contemplative traditions - Zen, yoga and somatics and breath approaches and interventions, and relational meditation. This alchemization allows me to offer a truly unique and diverse approach to transformational experiencing.
This can result in living more lightly, with more joy in your presence and freedom in your body, regardless of external circumstances.
Pricing
This is a pay-what-you-can membership (starting at $60/month) offered so that cost does not become a barrier for some participants. All tiers include full access to live practices and off-week recordings. Choose the level that feels honest and sustainable for you.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
