Live Beyond Identity

A man sitting cross-legged on a white cushioned couch in a relaxed pose, smiling at the camera, with a green wooden wall behind him, and a decorative pillow and hats hanging on the wall.

Hi, I’m Luke. I guide those who are drawn to intimacy with the mystery—seekers who sense there is more to life than achievement and striving.

Through breath, inquiry, and guided attention, I help people access their inner knowing and stabilize it as a way of being. From this ground, they meet suffering with compassion, expand into joy and presence, and discover a more spacious, easeful, and alive way of living.

Areas of Focus

Breath & Body

Breath is the entry point to the aliveness of the present. It grounds awareness in the body, softens guarded patterns, and awakens the somatic intelligence we often overlook. From here, body and mind begin to meet in balance rather than one dominating the other.

Dialogue & Inquiry

Through open, insight-driven dialogue, I invite people to observe their own patterns of thought and perception. Gentle but penetrating questions reveal the ways we’ve been conditioned, allowing us to see more clearly and step into greater freedom.

Meditation & Awareness

Meditation anchors everything. It expands awareness beyond the thinking mind into a spacious, embodied field of presence. From this ground, stillness becomes dynamic, and life is experienced as both deeply ordinary and profoundly sacred.

My Offerings

Each of my offerings opens the door to a deeper recognition of your true nature.

Testimonials

"I have had a profound relationship with Luke coming on 3 years now. He is one of the new generation of truly broad-minded Western consciousness teachers. His work draws from an early career in child guidance counseling, decades of Zen practice, surfing, the subtle dimensions of breath-work, and the interplay of breath in movement and yoga asana. With this broad foundation he can point toward the multidimensional path of awakening in a unique, contemporary way. In our engagements he welcomes every invitation and every challenge to release any form of belief or self-involvement that closes his heart to Love. He understands that on the spiritual path the "rubber meets the road" (one of my wife's favorite sayings) in the depth and quality of our relationships far more so than in any experience of personal realization."
