Hello, I’m Luke.
I created Steady Return as a space for people of all levels of practice experience to come together through body, breath, and heart mind approaches. It brings together more than two decades of practice, study, teaching, and investigation across meditation, vitality movement, somatics, and breath into an ongoing space for practice and room to explore, together.
Open Practice is an invitation to step into the field, experience this blend for yourself, and hopefully leave a little more open, connected, lighter and brighter.
