FALLING OPEN
A Virtual 4-Week Meditation Immersion
We live in a time of peak distraction—where endless noise, screens, and uncertainty scatter and hijack our attention. Beneath the surface turbulence of this chaos, something quieter awaits: the steady rhythm of presence. This immersion is a unique and engaged approach to meditation and embodied practice. It offers an exciting, living path that makes personal practice relevant and deeply supportive in the midst of modern life. This immersion is for those ready to live from that depth, on the cushion and in the thick of daily life.
Through guided practices and perspectives in relational meditation, breath-centric somatic approaches and subtle body movement, Luke Wientzen will help you discover how dynamic, connective, and deeply freeing your own depths can be.
We begin October 14.
If you’re feeling like your attention is less and less your own, you’re not alone.
Come Home to Your Life
The invitation here is not to change your life but to change how you relate to your life. This is where transformation lives. Through the practices and perspectives instructed, what once felt heavy becomes workable. What once felt overwhelming shifts into opportunity. You’ll notice more steadiness in your choices, more clarity from and a deeper connection with your intuition, and a greater sense of spacious capacity and intimacy with (and for) all areas of your life.
By the end of these 4 weeks you will:
Establish, deepen or expand upon a sustainable and embodied meditation practice.
Integrate mindful presence into relationships, work, and daily interactive rhythms.
Feel more balanced, & more skillful at balancing between heart, body, mind, breath, and world.
Establish a felt sense of stability in your own ground, energy and presence.
Regain confidence and renew capacity in your communication capabilities.
Retrain your attention so choices feel more acute and from a place of personal, intuitive ownership.
Reframe your energy and emotionality to live more openly and joyfully.
This immersion is for you if…
You’re curious about meditation and interested in a unique approach that feels alive, relevant, enriching and integrated to and with daily life.
You’re just beginning and looking for support in building a steady practice.
You’ve practiced for years and want to bring fresh depth and real-world meaning by discovering new pathways and perspectives.
You’ve explored meditation, breathwork, or therapy and seek impactful and observable integration.
Apps and scattered techniques have left you wanting more, and you’re ready to grow with an experienced and caring teacher by your side.
The Journey
Each week offers guided practices and perspectives that builds ongoing stability, providing a compounding value of insight for lived practice.
Oct 14: Nothing Beats NOW
Notice. Open. Welcome. Learn how to recognize the alive spaciousness of this very moment through the ground of your being, retraining attention and awareness from distraction and delusion.
Oct 21: Dynamic Stillness
Experience stillness through meditation not as passive or static, but as alive, restorative, and closer than your own breath. Learn how practice provides exactly what we seek when we know how to look.
Oct 28: Head, Heart, Body
Explore the primary centers of perception and learn how to restore a balanced presence by interrupting default tendencies and propensities. Feel how to live from an integrated wholeness, revising and renewing distraction and default reactivity into capable response ability.
Nov 4: Relational Meditation
Feel. Allow. Befriend. And see what unfolds. Cultivate a spacious, connective presence with yourself and others. This final module explores how meditation becomes an ongoing opportunity to be present, grounded, clear and open for all parts of our lives. This affects not only us, but all in our orbit.
